Preventative Maintenance Program
PRO PLAN CHECKLIST
- Clean cooler.
- Clear water distribution.
- Lubricate bearings.
- Replace float valve.
- Check belt condition, tensions and alignment.
- Test thermostat to ensure int is cycling unit on and off.
- Winterize furnace
- Shut off gas to furnace
- Install winter damper
- Replace air filter.
- Visually check for leaks.
- Check blower operation.
- Check indoor coil conditions.
- Tighten electrical connections.
- Check condensate drain system for operation and cleanliness.
- Cycle unit on and check working pressures and temperatures.
- Record, report and recommend any and all findings to customer.
